Looking back on these past few months I have really seen the growth within me. In the past I would always find myself in a uncomfortable situation and would wonder how I got into this space to begin with. But lately when something comes up, I instantly know when it is a pattern. And with this awareness it allows me to look within and shift the energy. Patterns are a learned behaviour. We learn them when we feel separate from others or a condition passed down from those before us. Patterns are a tool to step into your power and be who you really are. As the illusions that have been placed upon me dissolve, it is allowing me to fully step into my true authentic self. I am my worst critic at times but now I am being more gentle with myself as I allow these patterns to dissolve into a divine blueprint of oneness and grace
