Looking back to the creation story, God made Mother Nature first. He made this for harmonious and fruitful living. Then He created us human being to manage and propagate life. But nowadays, it saddens me to see the reality how people gamble Mother Nature with our irresponsibility and selfish desires. The different disasters we are experiencing today are clear manifestations of how irresponsible we human beings are. Bagyong Basyang who currently steals the attention of the Filipinos and competes with PDAF and Navarros scandal when it comes to popularity is one paradigm of peoples stinginess of giving love and care to our habitat. Remember, without Mother Nature, human existence is impossible. Thus, let us stand by each other in preserving and conserving Our environment. And as we go through the advancement of technology and modernization, let us not compromise Mother Nature, but instead let Mother Nature be our partner in building our country into a better place to live in.
