Looking for 10 to 15 years experienced sales professional from Building Materials Industry for RSM-East to be based @ Kolkatta - Handling-Assam, Bihar, Jharkand & West Bengal Territories : Rush Profiles to sangeeta@horizonhrpartners JOB PROFILE Designation: Regional Sales Manager (Sales - Sheeting) (Senior Manager/ Manager) Territories responsible for: Assam, Bihar, Jharkand & West Bengal, Reports to: Head Sheeting Sales Required Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of sales experience, preferably in the Building Materials Industry Required Qualification: Graduate and MBA degree from reputed institute. Note: Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved is also acceptable. Good Academic credentials are required. JOB DESCRIPTION The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the growth of company’s market share from his region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLE Would be responsible for the P&L for the region and ensure the sales target is achieved by his sales team. As a leader would be responsible for sales forecast, planning and execution. Responsible for leading, developing and training his sales team. And keep motivating them in order to develop future leader. Should ensure market penetration and network expansion Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to make the necessary budget and also monitor expenditure for marketing activities Should keep himself updated about competitor’s activities and provide inputs to corporate team. Conduct regular reviews with his team and provide necessary support required so that they achieve their targets and higher incentives. Represent his region in the reviews at the corporate. Also would be responsible to provide the necessary information required at the corporate office (data – sales & employees). Update his team about the business plans and organization growth plans. Ensure corporate hr policies are adhered too. He would also be responsible for interdepartmental interface at the corporate level for pricing, legal and logistics. KEY SKILLS Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with latest tools for sales management Receivables Management.
