Looking for 2 Team Leaders to be based in Cyberjaya (Urgent) Basic Salary RM 2.5 - 3.2 + Transport allowance RM 400 Responsibilities: - To undertake daily management activities of a team of outbound agents - Supervise, train, coach & motivate the team to achieve individual & team target - To constantly monitor & manage performance of the individual & team - To initiate changes to manage adherence to work schedule, standard operation procedure - To prepare month end & ad-hoc reports as & when required - Most importantly to manage clients expectation & ensure daily target are met Requirements: - Minimum diploma qualification or any other related field - At least 2 years experience in telemarketing industry as a team leader - Ability to lead and manage a team of minimum of 15 staffs on average - Good interpersonal skills & good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia - Ability to speak in Chinese will be an added advantage - Advanced skill on Microsoft Office and power point - Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player. - Working Hours:- Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm Interested, Kindly email CV to rayne@vnurecruiters
