Looking for 5 New Clients to take place in a trial program! Requirements: -Must need to lose at least 15lbs -Must be currently physically inactive (no consistent exercise for the past 3 months at least) -Must be able to commit to working at least twice a week with a trainer for the next 4 weeks. -Must be willing to show up, work hard, and follow our program! In the past 8 weeks has been the shortest amount of time we have been able to show our clients some really good measurable results. However over the past few years we have really taken our expertise to the next level. We believe we can show you amazing results in just 4 weeks. Dont get me wrong, in order to achieve life long health and fitness you need to exercise for the rest of your life, but we want to show you that 4 weeks will be enough to get you jump started and on your way towards your goals. What you can expect in the 4 weeks: -to LOSE 5-20lbs (depending upon how much you have to lose). -to learn the proper ways to do cardio and strength workouts and how to combine them the right way. -to learn what not to do! -to learn how to eat for LONG TERM RESULTS. -to get energized and on your way to being the HEALTHIEST you have ever been. Cost: Cost for the trail is two payments of $140 (one up front and then the next after 2 weeks) What is included: -A beginning and ending evaluation -2 Sessions a week with your trainer -Our guide on how to exercise and eat properly. We could probably charge $50 for this alone, it has all the info necessary to reach you goals!
