Looking for HR Assistant Manager/ Manager (Salary Up to $5500) Location: North East Working Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri Job Summary The HR Manager plays a vital role in supporting the organisation through the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programmes. He/she is responsible for managing the HR function in a way that provides an employee-oriented, high performance culture. Key Responsibility Area • Leads and manages HR initiatives at the organisation by strategically aligning with business objectives. • Introduces industry best practices to the organisation; Leads the change management projects and is responsible for the goals and targets delivery. • Responsible for managing a wide range of human resources matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, C&B, performance management and training and development. • Translates resourcing needs into strategic recruitment plans and assist with the execution in a professional, timely and cost effective fashion. • Oversee compensation plans, aligns performance management systems with compensation structure and in-charge of reviewing benefit programme. • Determines when training is necessary and the type of training necessary to improve performance and productivity.
