Looking for a Broker / Sales Negotiator – City based £30000.00 - £40000.00 ote This position is for immediate start and would ideally suit an Estate Agent, Recruitment Consultant, Call Centre Executive or a Sales Executive. Our client is a large commercial Property Company with offices in the heart of London. Key tasks include: • Taking calls from applicants who are looking for property • Making appointments over the phone to view property • Following up on existing applicants, negotiating and closing deals • Maintaining database Candidate Requirements: • People with confidence • Candidates who are target or money driven • Good Computer knowledge • Ability to engage people on the phone and build relationships • Graduates are welcome to apply The successful candidate can expect a 1st Year basic salary of £21K with realistic OTE of £30-40K+bonus rewards. Excellent training and career progression. An existing database of applicants to help bump up future commission. Honest, friendly, hard-working but relaxed environment. Ability to market (& earn commission from) some of the most prestigious properties in the UK without leaving the office.
