Assist with customer problem investigation and resolution Helps manage Customer Service tools and processes Checks system compliance and governence using defined reports Assists in the generation of reports from Oracle BI suite and provides data and analysis for internal or external purposes. Maintains and manages knowledge management solution Supports ongoing liaison with customers to ensure full resolution of customers’ problems and inquiries Updates process and customer service documents to ensure accuracy to standards Coordinates and produces monthly and quarterly compliance reports Assists with IGT rgs configuartion in Production and Non Production environments Assists with pre and post release testing of products in production Supports investigative tests to verify and validate customer problems and issues, and, as appropriate, to provide solutions Scope An individual contributor responsible for supporting the management of casino systems Assigned t-routine projects Requires reactive approach to system management Resolution of assigned aspects of problems and issues sometimes depend upon the actions of and results produced by this position Role in Strategy Functional position that carries out assigned routine tasks Supports system management and reporting delivery Specific Communications / Interactions / Negotiations Interacts with peers in other units/teams/projects Interprets customers’ problems and may resolve routine customer issues
