For further information get in contact with Philip@eyespyrecruitment Seeking a Head of Technology to provide leadership and assume management responsibility for the direction, coordination, integration and implementation of technology across the Group. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Technology will evaluate and implement technology solutions to support all services. Additionally, as Head of Technology you will oversee Winners Groups Technical Support staff and collaborate closely with the rest of the teams to support their initiatives. Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in the development, installation and maintenance of systems. 3 years or more in a leadership role with supervisory experience required. Deep knowledge of computer systems and networks. Ability to lead, plan and manage in an entrepreneurial, team oriented environment within a challenging Industry. Demonstrated ability to communicate with and work well with all levels within an organization. Highly organized with strong project management skills and drive to meet organizational and departmental objectives. Proven ability to negotiate and work with vendors and consultants. Experience supervising professional level staff.
