Handles all second line escalation of rgs issues and problems Owns rgs operational issues and works with other departments to resolve problems. Leads Major Incident communication to customers Assists in release coordination and testing Maintains rgs and Oracle Business Intelligence knowledge management Assists in Customer Service training, quality assessment and monitoring of rgs enquiries.
