Design fashion-related concepts by being able to define an overarching fashion vision, for Grand Mansion (Art of Fashion) and translate our business objectives. 2. Analyse the market, develop a marketing plan and increase penetration to the target audience. 3. Brand management. 4. Have a high fashion IQ on understanding merchandising, fabrics, styles, colors and cuts. 5. Meet fashion designers and attend fashion related events. 6. Work closely with fashion buyers, photographers and stylists to make sure everything from your inventory to your models and mannequins has the right look and feel. 7. Buying and Planning/Stock Management: 8. The purchasing of ………. stock in ……... (…….buys per year). 9. Management of MSSI report - Monthly Sales/Stock/Input Matrix on a category level to ensure that set KPIs, as set by management, are achieved per season. 10. Monthly Trends meeting with Merchandise Director – worst/best sellers, stock building/shortage per category and corrective action, daily store sales, KPI’s per store and cumulative for the brand. 11. “Pre-buy” analysis and recommended OTB per season. 12. Presentation of post seasonal analysis - category contribution to turnover, stock turns and sell throughs. 13. Implementation of pricing strategy in line with international and domestic laws. 14. Markdown management, including management of cost of markdown and mid-season sales. 15. Development and maintenance of key relationships with International partners. _________________________________________________ Minimum requirements: ___________________________________________________ 1. MS Office suite of software programs, specifically MSWord and Excel. 2. Appropriate experience in the Retail/wholesale fashion industry. 3. Appropriate experience in import/exports or trade. 4. 1-3 years Buying experience. 5. 1-3 years of retail merchandising experience, 6. At least 5 years of working in the fashion (clothing) industry.
