Looking for a great glute and ab exercise (thats not squats, lol)? Try cable glute kickbacks (with a follow though). Kneel on an exercise bench with one leg. Attach an ankle strap to the other leg in the low cable position. Hold unto the bench and bring the attached leg behind you keeping it as straight as possible. Extend the same leg to your side before slowly lowering it to the starting position. I didnt go heavy on this, I only used 7.5 pounds. Form is more important than weight. #fitmom #workoutideas
