Looking for a new, fun way to challenge yourself? Club Fitness is kicking off a brand new class with Personal Trainer, Trevor Hagen! We will offer a FREE shortened version of the class so you can try it out! With this class, expect high intensity interval training. You will be pushed to your limits with 4-5 minutes circuits, but only using one piece of equipment, your body. From pushups to plyometrics to sprints, Trevor will help push you to your limits and achieve those goals you are grasping to reach! The class will be offered for two different fitness levels; Advanced and Beginner. The FREE classes will be shortened versions (approx. 30 min). The regular classes will run approx. 45 minutes. FREE CLASSES: Advanced: 5:00am - November 17th Beginner: 5:45am - November 17th Advanced: 5:00pm - November 19th Beginner: 5:45pm - November 19th Regular classes will begin in December!
