Collabera Is Hiring For Account Receivable Executive in Baroda • Job Title: Account Receivable Executive • Location: Baroda • Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (US Shift Time) • Please email a copy of your resume to gaurang.patel@collabera with subject line “(FB)AC_Rec_BRD_08” Job Scope: This department is responsible for collecting timely payments from customers for all overdue invoices raised for the services rendered to them. Key Responsibility Area: • Understand client billing and payment system and to compile a consolidated report log for the client mentioning detailed comments for each of the issues. A single log will have 500-800 line items and there are 25-30 issue logs to be prepared per month. • Audit and analyze payments received from the clients versus invoices raised by Collabera to its client. • Finding out reasons for any discrepancy regarding overpayment/short payment from grassroots level • Application of payment received from the client into accounting system/software against respective invoices • Calculation and reconciliation of amount of sales tax to be paid to US Government • Preparation of data for external auditors • Work closely with India Account Manager and US Account Manager and assist for the data require by them. • Management, Supervision and Coordination of AR team members to get their daily task done in timely manner. Required Qualifications: • Graduate in Commerce Stream having previous experience in Indian Accounting for 2 years. • Excellent communication skills (oral and written). • Sharp calculations skills • Accounting knowledge to identify the ledger accounts to which particular transaction is to be posted • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Willingness to work in Night shifts.
