Inchworm x30 sec/rest 30 sec 3. Reverse lunge x30 sec/rest 30 sec 4. Reptile plank x30 sec/rest 30 sec 5. Squat x30 sec/rest 60 sec Perform 3-5 rounds TO MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING: -Reduce the rest periods to 15 seconds, OR 1. Glute bridge >>> add weight, use a stability ball, or do a 1-leg bridge 2. Inchworm >>> add a pushup or an updown plank at the bottom 3. Reverse lunge >>> add weight, a deficit, or do a jump lunge 4. Reptile plank >>> reptile pushup 5.
