Looking for an awesome office space in downtown Lincoln, NE? We need to end our lease early in downtown and will pre-pay a sizeable portion of the lease in a lump sum (there is 22 months left) to someone to take it over looking for a space OR we can leave some of the equipment or a combination of both. Location is 1316 N st few blocks from the hay market. We also have parking spaces and 1 is the best possible spot first reserved next to the elevator on the first floor. Its well built out on the tech side and we could leave some of the stuff just depending on what all someone wanted. In the office currently we have: We have 8 or 9 desks, 3 newer iMacs with extra monitors. 5 other iMac work stations. 2 40 google tvs. 1 70 tv. Couch, Large conference Room with big table, chairs, projector, and wall white board. Fridge, microwave, sink and bathrooms private to only us for men and women. Again some of the stuff can stay we just have to figure it out. Lemme know if your interested.
