Looking for an excellent minded, well bred prospect that could go any direction? HEZA DUN GUN EXPRESS (Playgun x Zan Parr Bar x Lenas Jewel Bars) coming 3 year old red dun gelding. Never offered to buck, bite, kick, or rear. He is broke nice and has a lot of action to him. Nice rollbacks and stop- works really well off of his hind end. Does not neck rein yet but wont take long, works off of leg pressure decent but not finished out. He has been used to check fence, push cattle, has tracked cattle a few times, rides down the road and beside the highway with no issues, crosses bridges and can swim him in the river, trail rides great, have chased coyotes with him, you can rope him from the ground, can swing a rope off of him and throw it, recoil it, etc. (just havent roped anything live or the hot heels), have also drug barrels and logs off of him. He is EXTREMELY cowy and will work them on the fence on his own in the pasture. Will pin his ears and bite one, but has a lot of cow sense. Take him any direction- cutting, heel horse, kids playday horse, family horse, ranch horse, extreme cowboy racing, barrels- whatever direction you choose! He is started on the pattern at a trot and have even loped him through a few times, but dont consider him patterned though it wont take long. He has a lot of natural talent and rate on barrels. Nice nice, gentle and broke gelding! Would recommend an experienced rider as he is stil young and green since he isnt completely finished out yet, but an experienced older youth or smaller intermediate rider that knows the basics and wont let him get away with stuff should do great with him. Please keep in mind that the things listed above that he has done took place over the summer and he has only been ridden as weather and time allow since. He is the type that can be left off, saddled up, step on and go w/no issues. He is smaller framed and leaner built at this time so I would also recommend a smaller rider, though he should really start thickening up this spring/summer. Located in Luther, Ok.
