Creating bespoke unique event concepts and stylish event production, The agency is responsible for both private and corporate events. We are thoroughly focused on London’s unique venues and spaces, booming restaurant scene and food culture We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate with an interest in gaining industry experience in event management, venue finding and hospitality. Tasks you will learn about and undertake include: •You will learn how to liaise with suppliers, venues and freelancers. Handle diary coordination and office administration. •You will learn about event production, from conception through to completion. •This internship will involve the preparation and organisation of marketing materials, learning about database mail and newsletters. •You will build and maintain relationships with venues, supplier and partners. •You will learn how to manage the booking process, draw up contracts, brief clients and coordinate logistics from enquiry to completion. 3 -4 days min, some evenings might be required in addition for live events.
