Looking for help, last Tuesday the 13th at approx. 1:30pm I was hit by a semi-trailer changing lanes going up Greemount (Great Eastern Hwy) who didnt check for cars before changing lanes and damaged the entire left side of my car (work vehicle - Global Diagnostics). He continued driving without stopping & a mid-30s couple from Collie heading to Northam (White 4 door small sedan) stopped and got his license details (truck and trailer) & returned to me, however I did not get their details. The truck driver has now denied the incident to Police, (despite admitting to me prior, after getting his contact details from another driver) that it was him driving the truck. Without the witness account I/company will be held liable for the expenses, ie: excess, hire car etc... Can anyone share this with the Collie/Northam Facebook pages? Any help is appreciated.
