Looking for housing advice from my Phila-area friends and also those of Katie and Allie… My brother’s family has asked for help in finding housing for a friend of theirs from now through November or December. He’s 24, a grad of Creighton University, comes from a really nice family, is a non-smoker/non-drinker, and is in the area training for a job. He’s looking to rent a room or small studio – said all he needs is a bedroom where he can have a mini-fridge/microwave and access to a washer/dryer. I think he’ll be training in the Media area, so Delaware County would be ideal. Does anyone know of anything available that might work for him? Small apartment/room in a carriage house, a small duplex, flat, ….any ideas? Please message me with any suggestions you might have. Thanks!
