Looking for input here. After 15 years of filling my prescriptions from private outside doctors by means of having VA docs who have never seen me re-writing those prescription, the VA has cut off my prescriptions and reneged on a 15 year old agreement that I would receive fee based care for life without ever being required to set foot on VA property. My psychologist says that it is UN reasonable to ask me to set foot on VA property after what they did to me 15 years ago. My intentions are to file TWO FTCA claims against the VA. One for the harm done by forcing me to do without my needed meds by stopping filling my prescriptions, and a SECOND for the harm done by filling asll of those prescriptions for the past 15 years without ever having a VA doctor examine me.
