The British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association (BVRLA)is the trade body that represents companies engaged in the leasing and rental of car and commercial vehicles. The association regulates the industry through its code of conduct and we campaign in the UK and in Europe to protect the interests of our members and provide them with industry-relevant information and business support services. Disagreements can arise between customers and BVRLA members which cannot be settled directly. bvrla.co.uk. The Role Job Title: Part-time Administrator Location: Based at our offices in Amersham, Buckinghamshire We need a competent administrator for around 6 hours per week, ideally Mondays and Wednesdays (or Thursdays/Fridays) to log customer complaints which come to us for conciliation. The hours of work must be undertaken between 8.30 and 5.30 Monday to Friday because these are our office hours. More hours may be required during busy holiday periods e.g. Easter and summer holidays. Our ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially email and Word and is likely to live local to our office in Amersham, Bucks. We need someone with a pleasant telephone manner and confident about working in a small office environment. This position would suit a student with limited availability during the week who wants a supplementary source of income and a responsible role to achieve personal development.
