Looking for some advice. I am putting my home up for sale. Would love to do for sale by owner but that could take a lot of time. Putting it out there, it is for sale. I am looking for advise on a good realtor. If anyone has a good experience and would like to recommend someone I would love to hear it. My home is great, I love it but it is becoming more and more apparent to me that I need much, much less. I am wanting to down size and retire. So anyone know of a couple looking for a home? Only 12 years old, I am the only owner, I bought it new, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, attached garage, nice sized yard, lots of sun on the back of house that really helps with the heating, and great neighbors. That is the hard part, I will miss my neighbors. Located on Thurston Road, close to the high school, votech school, Elder Glen and MARC. Time for my next phase in life.
