Looking for some advice? What can I do to get these people who live upstairs to NOT make so much noise after 10pm every night? if they have any kind of noise making device on after 10pm would I be well within my rights to call the cops for disturbing the peace and my peace that is??? Please reply soon because I would like to give the police station a call so that they have this place on record for complaints...
