Looking for someone to take over my lease starting in November. After speaking to leasing office, they informed me whoever takes it over would be signing a new 1 year lease. They are currently running a FIRST MONTHS RENT FREE special and I AM WILLING TO PAY A CREDIT FOR A SECOND FREE MONTH for whoever takes it! That is two months of free rent! (or you can choose not to use the credit for the free months and instead divide it among the 12 months to pay less each month.) It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1st floor apartment. The rooms are good sizes and the master bathroom is pretty large. Has a small laundry room off of kitchen which already has a washer and dryer in it. There is also a large (deep) storage closet next to the master bedroom. There is a pool and a workout room by the leasing office and a playground for children. Water and trash is included in rent!
