Looking for someone to take over our lease for a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment at Highland Woods. Rent is $565 a month and they pay for water, trash, and sewer. All you pay for is electric and your cable and internet. You can move in for $0. There is a dishwasher and outside storage. A laundry mat, gym, heated pool and jaccuzi are available 24 hours. Anytime we have needed anything fixed they took care of it within 24 hours. We are looking to rent a house and need someone to take over our lease, which is up in July. Down stairs apartment right by park. TIA. 😊
