Looking for something FREE to do this weekend? Stirley Farm Open Day on Sunday 1st September 2013, from 11:00am - 3:00pm. This is an extra special open day where they be launching the new Passivehause style education centre and teaching kitchen. There will be a chance to sample lunch from the bountiful veg gardens, find out about the numerous ways to become involved in this ambitious conservation farming project as a volunteer, trainee or partner. There will be activities around the site for all ages and opportunities to see the progress made in three years here at Stirley Farm. Parking is at Castle Hill, with signposting to lead you through our new entrance and access road, and from Berry Brow Station.
