Looking for something fun in this great weather? The Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre presents its FREE annual “Ballet Under the Stars” performance at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Hartwood Acres. As part of the Allegheny Summer Concert Series, PBT will perform an evening of mixed repertoire featuring Mark Morris’ inventive “Drink to Me Only With Thine Eyes,” Dwight Rhoden’s Doo Wop inspired “Step Touch” and the “Peasant Pas de Deux” from the romantic masterpiece “Giselle.” Beginning at 5 p.m., PBT will offer free family activities on the lawn featuring the Radio Disney Road Show, ballet-themed crafts, ballerina dress-up station and dance activities. Also before the performance, PBT will host a ticketed picnic dinner where guests can mingle with PBT company dancers while enjoying dinner, cocktails and musical entertainment. Tickets for that portion of the evening available at pbt.org.
