Looking for sublease just for the second summer session! Allowing move in for Sunday July 28th, but only will be charged for the month of August. Apartment complex is Sterling Highlander, right off the corner of Blaine and Iowa. Only about a 15 min safe walk to campus, buses run through the area all day as well that can take you to campus, and the complex also provides free bike rental to residents! Rent is usually $820 per month, but I will sublease for the price of $675 (Willing to negotiate). Everything is included, apartment fully furnished, own bedroom and bathroom, utilities included in price, and washer and dryer within the unit! Amenities include basic cable and free access to Wi-Fi, pool, gym, and computer lab with quiet study lounges. Grocery stores (Stater Bros and Kmart) right across the street, as well as a Starbucks and Subway, so you don’t need a car to get around to what you need!
