Looking for tips on finding a great house! We are 4 mature professionals who have committed to starting a house together. I am the researcher and am looking for ideas from folks who have experience in finding intentional community appropriate houses. I have been perusing CL and am also wondering about ways to proactively source houses. Here are some of the core details of our dream home: Jan 1/15, entire house, 4-5 bdrm, 2 bath, cat friendly, transit/cycling friendly, between McDonlad & Naniamo north of King Edward, yard for gardening, moto/pedal bike storage, family room space for music/yoga/meditation/gatherings/etc.. theres lots more that speaks to the function & feel of the space.
