Looking forward to Christmas this year! 2014 was a great year for the band-our 40th Anniversary, the release of Bastard of the Blues (to worldwide acclaim), and TWO trips across the pond to Europe. Add to that we played the U.S. with fellow Canadians Loverboy, April Wine, and Honeymoon Suite, northern Ontario with Trooper, and out west with Toronto, Lee Aaron, the Headpins, and Platinum Blonde. Early in the year John Klaus was replaced by Chris Julke, who quickly became a fan favorite with his outgoing personality and great playing/singing. My daughter Jasmine also got married in June and in May I joined my peers in the music biz (Carl Dixon/Lee Aaron/Darby Mills/Nick Walsh/Sean Kelly/Daryl Gray) for METAL ON ICE at the Opera House in Toronto. Memories, memories! 2015 is just over the horizon and already we have two dates for next August-one in Winnipeg and the other in Halifax. We plan to continue touring on Bastard of the Blues, which probably means releasing another single in the new year with an accompanying video. Well see when my head isnt clogged with Yuletime Eggnog!
