Looking forward to an excellent panel tomorrow, 5pm for us on the west coast. We will be covering much more in addition to nutrition and UCAN use, including: 1) What are some strategies to use to make sure you stay healthy/injury free while training? 2) How much of bonking is really not training smart enough leading up to a race? 3) How does nutrition affect the way you perform? Can you discuss how the way you feel in training is tied into what you eat? (this is also where we will specifically discuss your use of UCAN - though I am sure it will come up in other places) 4) How does other training modalities like strength training get implemented into your program? How much do you prioritize strength?
