Looking forward to the day I can quit making these 7 hour round - TopicsExpress

Looking forward to the day I can quit making these 7 hour round trips )just time on the road) moving all our stuff. Ready to be able to stay at my new home focus on my new church without the distraction that comes with transitioning life 200+ miles. I know that day is ahead but sure ready for it to be behind. We many times think that when something goes smooth and easy, "it must have been of God". Yet I look at people like Moses, Abraham, David and Joseph to name a few and see how their journey of faith had a lot of bumps in the road. It is these "bumps" that test and grow our faith. So give God praise even in the difficult times knowing that the testing of our faith produces patience. James 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. Definition of patience per Strongs: steadfastness, constancy, endurance in the NT the characteristic of a man who is not swerved from his deliberate purpose and his loyalty to faith and piety by even the greatest trials and sufferings patiently, and steadfastly a patient, steadfast waiting for a patient enduring, sustaining, perseverance Friends, count it all joy today knowing that God is working in your life even in the troubled times. Be blessed, Bro. Kevin
