Looking forward to this book....Now, Im not Klokov (funny, I know), but the principles he mentions here about slowing the tempo down during the descent is one we learned at my recent RKC recert. Michael A. Krivka, owner of CrossFit Koncepts demonstrated how a measely 53lb KB Goblet Squat could be made to feel like a 200lb Front Squat. Obviously, a Barbell will allow you to load up with significant weight, but to gain the functional strength benefits of the squat (aside from just increasing weight), these principles can work with a much lighter load, and the KB is ideal for that! :-)
