Looking forward to this weekends party. We are serving up a lovely selection of canapes including prawns with a Pernod and tarragon dip (different, but tastes delicious). This will be followed by bowl food of red wine braised shin of Hereford beef and creamy horseradish mash, pan fried salmon with sesame and glass noodles in a honey & soy dressing and Edamame beans, really fantastic. Also, Thai chicken curry in an authentic coconut broth. We have a finger cheese board to keep the late night munchies going too!
