Looking to add thickness and density to your back? Try incorporating a drop set or two on your last working sets of the T bar row. Wide stance, bent knees to absorb and hold the weight. Chin down, shoulder blades retracted. Load up the bar with the desired weight and rep out to complete failure, dropping the weight to 3 different stages. Try to stretch your LATS and arms as far as possible. Pull your elbows as far back as they can go bringing the handle slightly above your belly button while maintaining a small arch in your back. Go hard go heavy and rep out till the bitter end....
