Looking to do research in the Gulf of Mexico this summer? The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)-Northern Gulf Institute Diversity Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to work with leading scientists from federal, regional and state laboratories and agencies. During the 10-week program, interns learn how to access, manipulate, produce and interpret NOAA data and metadata. Interns receive a stipend to help cover their living expenses, and travel and hotel for two events during the program.
