Looking to introduce your child to the game of golf? The Washington Park District along with Nate S. Deakin (USGTF Level III Certified Golf Teaching Professional) are excited to offer golf lessons to boys and girls age 4-12. Children will learn the proper grip, stance, putting, and chipping in a safe, stress-free atmosphere. All equipment is provided. No experience necessary. The golf lesson schedule is as follows: Little Duffers: Tuesday January 13- Tuesday February 3 from 3:30-4:00PM and/or 4:00-4:30PM for children 4-7. The fee is $35 for residents and $40 for non residents. The lessons will be in the Washington Park District gym. Hole-in-One Junior Golf Lessons For children ages 8-12 the lessons begin Tuesday, January 13-Tuesday, February 3 from 4:45-5:30 PM. The fee is $45 for residents and $50 for non-residents. The lessons will be in the Washington Park District gym. The sessions are limited and fill quickly; please register early.
