Looking to put together a team of a highly skilled and talented 3D animators, riggers, and artists, and story-boarders. I need to be able to create characters and visual space and animate then in a 3 minute commercial short. Will need to create storyboard which I can help with, however, I need people with high technical skills to carry out the rest of the project. Well be working with a possible $28,000.00 budget.
