Looking to swap my two cars for one car. First car is my daily, a 1996 vs series 2 calais. Has 248000ks but has had an engine swap with 190000ks, the interior is good besides a 5cent piece size hole on the passanger door down the bottom, cant even see it. Seats are half leather half cloth, roof lifing is perfect and doesnt sag one bit, airbag cover hasnt peeled off much either. Ive fitted a single-din fold out dvd player, 6.5 in the front doors and 6.5 in the rears, has two 12 pioneer 1200watt subs, run by a 4 channel bridged 800watt. I have all the orignal books and paper work from new, and all the service history. The car gets serviced every 5,000ks and is always looked after, i bought the car from pickles auctions 6months ago and ever since its been my project. Has 4, 6 month old tyres that have only done 8,000ks and still have heaps of tread! Ive fitted a 2.5inch cat back exhaust, sounds nice 12mm plenum spacer from mace. Tuned memcal from mace. A strut brace. Cold air intake. Has 8000k HIDs. Car made 96.6rwkw on a mainline dyno. Car runs like a dream and the memcal makes the engine run alot smoother and harder then stock, the fuel eco is really good, getting 500ks to 45litres. The window tint is a bit crappy, but has been on the car since 1998 (have a recipt) The right fender has been replaced at somepoint and the silver two tone down the bottom was never painted(only a tiny bit) the bonnet had some w@nker scratch two bad things on it (one is a male part, other being a german war symbol...) cant really see it, only if you point it out. Has cold aircon, only regassed 2 months ago. Has fresh 3 months rego. Has led tail lights and all the brake lights work. The other car is a 1996 vs series 2 equipe, duel fuel. Was my car before the calais, drove that for a year. Bought it in 2012 from pickles auctions with right rear quarter panel damage (we pulled half it out) with 176,000ks, now has 214,000ks, most being highway. The car gets to broken hill on a tank of gas costing $30 (500ks) so its really good on fuel. Engine and trans are perfect and was always serviced every 5000ks. Has a new radiator, new rear and front brakes. Car has very dark tint, and has been lowered all round with king springs and monro shocks with a whiteline adjustable panhard bar (all was brand new, cost me $1,100) It will come on the stock wheels, UNLESS a decent off comes up. Car runs fine on petrol and gas, just needs to be started and ran for a little as its been sitting in my driveway for 6months. The interior is A1 and the seats are like new (had seat covers on its whole life) Car has a pioneer headunit, 6x9 in the parcel shelf, 6.5 in the doors and tweeters. Can come with a bunch of spare parts, including the stock suspension, a sony headunit and some other stuff. Looking to swap the two for one car, want something manual and v8 or turbo Would like a vt ss (ls1) manual or auto. Both cars have rego, calais is due on the 18th but ill put 3 months on it White vs is run out 6months ago but has walk in rego
