Looking to tighten up those abs? Check out these core killers or should I say Core Makers! Like if you dig it Move 1: lay flat on your back, while keeping straight legs and reaching towards your toes to engage your core create large circles in the air! Do 25 each direction!! Move 2: move into side plank keeping your buttocks in and engaging your core. Lift your leg straight up then pull your knee to your chest! For a beginner version keep your bottom knee on the ground but still get your hips up to engage your core! 12 reps each side! Move 3: again laying on your back but this time keeping your shoulders up off the ground only to further engage your core do bicycles with your legs forwards for 30 seconds then reveres for 30 secs backwards! Great job! Rest for 60 seconds then repeat 3 more times! Go it? Feel free to tag or share with a friend!
