Looking to trade my 1995 vr6 gti with a 98 vr6 motor replaced: -Timing Chains/ Guides -Clutch -Rear Main Seal -Axles -Front Brakes -Ball Joints -Tie Rods -Etc. . . The car has been driven around 20 thousand miles since he finished everything. Specs Engine - Refresh in summer of 09, chains, clutch, billet crack pipe, waterpump, etc - Routine oil changes with Mobil 1 10w40 because the engine runs better with it - C2 motorsports stage 1 race chip, awesome little thing, pulls hard with it. - A/C and Power steering deleted - BFI stage 1 motor mounts with 1/2 a hockey puck on top so that the oil pan sits flush with the subframe - Cone Filter - Custom made straight pipe with a hollowed out Catalytic Converter and a magnaflow muffler. It sounds wonderful especially combined with the cone filter. Trans - Clutch and pressure plate done, flywheel resurfaced - Rebuilt shifter box, all new bushings. - billet shifter bushings - Fluid changed when swap was completed, also in spring of 2011 -LSD Trans Exterior - Car is sprayed with single stage daytona blue pearl. - Bumpers are black. - Jetta front end - JOM Coils, bump stops cut, helpers removed, rides nice - has brand new rear axle - brand new vortex roof rack with the ski/snowboard attachments. WHEELS - car is rolling on some no name 16x7.5 with brand new 215/40/16 (with adapters offset is 15) - has 25mm 5x100 to 5x100 adapters with purple extended lug nuts. Interior - Black dash, black leather, carpet is better than average. Drivers seat is OK, other seats are good. - Red shag headliner hahah its really soft and girls love it - Everything works, Including the MFA. - Oil Pressure gauge in the cup holder area. - P/A system with sirens next to the oil pressure gauge, this is really cool because it makes animal noises and its extremely fun mooing at people in parking lots - Black Cabby sun visors Black A, B, C pillars - Glove box from a 97 Cabby - Passenger airbag is there, but the drivers steering wheel isnt the original (its a mk2 wheel) The BAD - CEL for a vac leak, I have verified that it is nonexistent and am blaming the EVAP canister. The C2 chip sets readiness on key turn so I dont have to worry about emissions or the fuel maps being off, the car gets a steady 30/25 mpg hwy/cty Needs a new throttle body cause it keeps cutting out when the car is cold but starts right up. Looking to trade for the following a 1.8t gti, 240sx, Ek hatch or something all wheel drive like a gc8 . No trucks or bikes
