Looks like I have heat Peeps! 65 & toasty! I owe it all to my dear, dear brother-in-law Ken Smith... Being a master electrician by trade, he tested the voltage on the parts on my boiler and confirmed the valve was stuck to generate the heat... However, he was able to open the valve and lock it in place until Im able to call around tomorrow to locate an actuator valve. At which time hell swing by and install it for me too! Hes the BEST!!!👍👍 Of course he also took the time to download several pages of the components and wiring diagrams for the actuator itself before arriving... AND he went online to check prices on the valve and it varied from $37 up to $150! What a variation! When I call around tomorrow, Ill be sure to ask them for the Holiday Discount! It doesnt hurt to ask! LOL It doesnt get any better than that! Thanks Kathy & Kenny! Love ya! ❤️
