Looks like St Petersburg FL got it right when they fired a cop for slamming a dui suspect on the ground and deemed him to have used excessive force after he refused to turn over his dashcam and then subsequently altered it, to cleanse the misdeed. Sounds strikingly familiar except Wayne Jones was beaten, tazed(4x) and shot 23x - to death with the initial kill shot to his brain. Much worse than a unruly dui suspect who gets tossed on the ground. Wayne wasnt driving nor was he intoxicated. He was walking down the street. With that said - why are the Psychopathic Officers: Neely, Lehman, North, Herb and Staub still employed at the Martinsburg Police Dept? Email the Chief of Police, Kevin Miller and ask him why his Department is so egregiously degenerative and refuses to fire these officers; several of which have committed multiple homicides since being on the Martinsburg Police Dept. Tell them how you feel about the Wayne Jones dashcam videos, the fact that the State Police altered them, the fact that the crime scene was materially altered and evidence was fabricated or subsequently hidden and now witnesses are hiding because they are afraid and dont want to be harrassed by Martinsburg and its Police. Tell Kevin Miller what you think about Officer Staub telling Wayne as he was beating and choking him that Im will smoke your ass on his own Dashcam. Finally - Tell them to have a Merry Christmas because the Jones Family surely wont until people are held accountable for their brothers blood that still cries out.
