Looks like Typhoon Ruby is already on its way out of our area. Despite the heavy rains and fierce winds during the day, damage was not as bad as we initially feared. Today was filled with so many stories of commitment shown by our many civil servants and barangay volunteer workers, who left their own families, to render sleepless nights and very long days in the name of service to their constituents.
