Looks like it was the surgeons office who erroneously put my Short Term Disability ending date as December 1st, just 4 short weeks after major open heart surgery. Supposedly it has been corrected and they have sent me an e-mail to that effect. Now the problem is after the Weather Channel app said it needed to do an update, I keep having an error repeatedly pop up that says DLL did not load and it appears to to be preventing the e-mail for loading.
