Looks like our rest over the holidays has ended .. Our first case for this year is helping a family who have been experiencing some activity in their home that has been escalating over the past year or so.. Strong feelings of someone standing close behind them in the home leaving them to frightened to turn around as they know they are alone and of a dark mass seen in the bedrooms at night time ... The family have now gotten together and approached us to go and see just what is going on in their home and to bring peace back into its walls .. And we are only too happy to help .. This year we have dealt with and helped many families even one lovely family we worked with from Arizona and another in the UK! These families have gone on to live more peaceful lives and we do keep in contact with alot of them and it always makes us smile to hear joy and happiness back in their voices when they call us to say hello.. It really takes it out of you emotionally and physically going into battle I guess you would call it , and we pay dearly for it for a week afterwards with the more nastier of cases but we would do it again and again in a heartbeat if we can help .. But this year wasnt all about negative, inhuman or poltergeist spirits .. One call we did have this year was from a young mum who asked us to come and see just who was in her young daughters room .. she has seen it and from what the young lass told her mum it would leave the poor little mite bewildered as cold air blasted its way through her room as she was trying to sleep , nothing harmful but they were a bit concerned ... So off Marty and I went and at that time i was pretty fatigued from work .. I stepped out of the car and was met with a cheery fellow in military uniform who waved at me lol ... We went into the home and I did a walk through with this young man in spirit tagging along in parts who told me his name was Hugh or Hughes and he was delighted we came .. After a brief look around I asked him why he was there and what he was doing in the family home .. I got ... Oh, I missed the boat meaning i think he didnt cross over .. this man said he lived on the land with his families farm just over the back , and he liked to pop in for company , which Marty then went for a walk and yes there was an old historic barn still there and evidence of an old farm home.. we went home and did some research and yep a family named Hughes lived there in the early 1900s and one of the sons was in service and also an architect there in the town and in Melbourne.. It was so nice to have a cheery man in spirit for a change and a relief to the family to know he was just popping in to say hello and to check on the kids .. He didnt want to go at present and indicated he frequented the old family piece of land and our clients were okay with him popping in now and again to check they are okay and we did ask them to call us back if things got a little out of hand , but to date they are happy and live happily with the ghostly neighbor .. but it was amazing after all the nasty cases we do attend to come across such a cheery spirit on a case lol .. So lets hope 2015 brings a little more peace for families and alot more joy and happiness.. and from the family of CPI to yours we wish you all a wonderful New Year!
