Looks like were gonna have a beautiful football weather day!! Wishing all 4 teams a great game, and hoping for four more wins. Last nights Oxford Varsity victory over our Lake Orion rivals was a great game! And the OJW cheerleaders made a strong guest appearance, cheering in the flag circle by the stadium entrance, and on the track with the middle school & varsity girls for the second quarter. I love living in a community that celebrates TOGETHER, and as an OJW cheer coach, seeing our little girls welcomed & encouraged by their older cheer sisters is fantastic! Id be lying if I said I didnt get misty eyed a few times last night. Thank you to our Varsity cheer program - and thank you to the families of our OJW girls, for teaching them early on about commitment, hard work, & dedication. Its so nice to know were training them early so they can step into the MS & HS roles with confidence & experience. Go Oxford!!!!!
