Looooong. Day. But awesome nonetheless. Had a great steady market, then after getting that all cleaned up, I did some last minute prepping for a wedding reception at Foolish Things Coffee Company. I. Love. That. Venue. Great place for an intimate gathering and always, always such nice people to work with. Justin and Katie Carpenter have a good thing going on in their business. It was a huge menu tonight served family style, which I love. Id be lying if I said I am not hurting. 18-hour bras dont hurt like 18-hour days. Tomorrow is going to be a me day complete with pedicure and massage. Then its taco night with the clan and maybe a movie. The next few weeks are crazy busy for me. This past Wednesday marked the kick off of my catering season with lots of Saturday doubles and one week where its market on Wednesday and Saturday with gigs Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Dont think Ill need melatonin that week. Wonder why I dont weigh 300 pounds working in a kitchen? Its because I work too much. Ready to squeeze in a routine workout schedule. My schedule demands balance. Anyway, Im bubble bath bound. Might have four, I mean a cookie, too.
