Looters should be SHOT on site. Regardless of the reasons... Especially the hood looms/informal settlers/squatters turned looters. If ever a calamity destroys my neighborhood, and looters like this enter my house and property. I will not hesitate to shoot each and everyone of them, after my WAR DOGS first take care of them. There are millions of informal settlers/squatters in Metro Manila. What happens if a calamity strikes and destroys Manila? You get millions of angry and hungry informal/squatters who will turn into dangerous Looters. People on survival mode who will kill to feed their families. Looters will only understand violence and bullets. There is no other way to reason with them. This is why you need to arm yourselves automatic rifles, pistols, and grenades.
